Raj is Head of Testing at an Australian federal regulatory agency based in Melbourne, Australia.
An International speaker, blogger and writer, Raj has spoken at various conferences and has written articles for numerous publications. A dedicated context-driven tester, Raj believes less in dogmatism and more in pragmatism of testing. Hence his blog, http://www.dogmatictesting.com/.
Raj has held senior test management positions with Cathay Pacific Airways, Nokia and Sopra-Steria Group amongst others living and working in US, UK, India and Hong Kong China. He is the founder of the meetup group TEAM in Melbourne, founder of Hong Kong & China Software Testing Group in Hong Kong and founder-organiser of the Australian Testing Days conference.
Paul is a context driven tester who is continually learning about the craft. An expert in Session Based Test Management, Paul is currently the Lead Tester at the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency in Melbourne.
He is an aspiring leader who has been working in the test industry for almost ten years. Paul is also the co-author of an article, “The Thing Called Leadership” for Tea Time with Testers magazine. Paul is a member of the Association for Software Testing and is an active organiser of the Test Engineering Alliance Melbourne (TEAM) meetup.

Scott is a passionate automation expert who is always looking for new ways to improve automation frameworks. He has been working on improving the maintainability of test automation to allow testers more time performing sapient testing and less time correcting automated test scripts. Scott is a co-author of an academic paper “Adaptive Automation: Leveraging Machine Learning to Support Uninterrupted Automated Testing of Software Applications” published at Cornell University Library. He is also an international presenter and has spoken at conferences across Australia and the United States of America.
He is currently working with Aconex, one of Melbourne’s leading agile development houses and is an organiser of the Test Engineering Alliance of Melbourne.
